We are tremendously proud of our students who have been achieving high academic results year on year. In 2026 our students achieved remarkable success again, where all key areas were significantly above the National Average.
- 80% of students achieved Grade 4+ for English and Maths GCSEs
- 65% of students achieved grade 5+ for English and Maths GCSEs
- 30% of all GCSE grades achieved were 9-7 (A**-A)
- 50% of all GCSE grades achieved were 9-6 (A**-B)
- Our Maths GCSE grades were in the top 10% of schools in England
- Our English & Science GCSE grades were in the top 15% of schools in England
- A Level results are in the top 25%
- 65% of A Level grades achieved A*-В
- +0.2 Value Added for Sixth Form students – the best results in Barnhill’s history
- Over 35% of our students secured a place in a top Russell Group University
- 100% of students in Year 13 secured a university place, employment or apprenticeship

Key Stage 5 Results
Our students make outstanding progress!
- In the latest 2026 external examination series we were the top performing mixed Sixth Form in Hillingdon and in the top 6% nationally for progress. This means Sixth Form students at Barnhill make more progress here than most private schools and larger colleges.
- We boast nearly 30% of our grades are A*-A, with 64% of grades A*-B, both significantly above National Average
- In 2026, 100% of our Year 13 students went onto: Higher education (91%): Apprenticeship (8%) & Employment (1%)
- We are extremely proud of our post 18 pathway programme with over 35% of our students securing places at top Russell Group Universities and over 2% moving onto study Medicine or Dentistry, a reflection of the ambition and commitment our staff, students and parents have to achieve success.
